Bulgogi

(Beef BBQ)

Main Ingredients:
  • 500 grams Beef, Sirloin or Lean
  • 1/2 Pear
  • 2 stalks Green Onion
  • 6 Cloves Garlic
  • 4 Tbs Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbs Sugar
  • 1 Tb Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tb Rice Wine
  • 1 Ts Sesame Seed (Roasted)
  • 1 Ts Pepper

Cooking Direction:
  1. Cut the beef in 1/5 inch-thick slices. Score them closely on both side of each piece
  2. Grate the pear. Chop the garlic and green onion finely.
  3. Combine all the ingredients well except the beef.
  4. Apply the marinade to the beef slices one by one.
  5. Marinate them at room temperature for about 2 hours.
  6. You can achieve the best taste if you used charcoal. (Alternative cooking option you can use broiler)

Cook time: 20 min



Ready in: 2 hours 20 min

Bulgogi

The other menu serve such as Susam haemul gyeojachae (Seafood seasoned with mustard sauce and garnished with fresh ginseng), Bulgogi (Grilled slices of marinated beff with korean beef), Galbi (BBQ marinated beef ribs made with american beef) and Bibimbap (Rice with mixed vegetables). Bibimbap is made of cooked rice mixed with minced bulgogi and a variety of fresh vegetables with wild greens, thinly sliced zucchini and carrots, bell flower roots, brown oak mushrooms, beans sprout and bracken.
